Indic(Indian and other Asian) Languages Support

GTrans v1.0 uses a Unicode based file of Indian Languages, so therefore, Indic Languages should be installed on your operating system. Otherwise you may not be able to read a file based on Indian Languages (like Punjabi, Hindi etc.). To get this support, you need to perform the following steps:

a) Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.

b) Goto Languages Tab and select 'Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai)' option. Insert 'Windows XP with Service Pack 2' installation CD into CD-ROM Drive and click Apply/OK. Your system may need to restart after installing this.

After installing this support, your computer will be able to open the Unicode based files based on Indian languages.

Recommendations

Sometimes it is possible that standard fonts may not display the characters properly of the Output file. So, it is recommended to use 'Arial' or 'Tahoma' font.
